What kind of a front flip is the easiest?

A front flip off a ledge?

A standing front flip?

A running front flip?

I want to learn how to do a front flip but I want to start off at the easiest one. What kind of a front flip is the easiest?a running front flip!

To learn a front flip follow these steps:

1. run and jump onto two feet(like your playing hop-scotch, but faster)

2. do lots of forward rolls

3. go on a trampoline or bouncy house and take a couple of bounces then rise into the air, thrust your arms forward, grab your legs, and tuck.

4. when you mastered these steps you'll be ready to try on the ground, just remember go up first, tuck hard, grab your legs, and be ready for the hard ground.

Tip: If you have mats available you will be better off trying on the mats before the grass. Also in between steps 3 and 4 you can go off a diving bored and flip into a pool.

Good Luck
