How can I make my front porch inviting - at the end of winter in Michigan?

Our house is going up for sale this week, and my front porch is covered and it has a metal glider and matching table on it. It's swept and cleaned as good as it can be.



I understand you are supposed to make a good impression for showings at the front door, but it's 39 and dreary here, so no flowers yet.



Any ideas?How can I make my front porch inviting - at the end of winter in Michigan?An attractive statue, some fake plants, maybe you could get annuals, put them in pretty pots or baskets, and bring them inside at night.
