How do I remove dry Cascade stains from the front of my stove?

Our dishwasher is right next to our stove. Over the years, the glass front door of the stove has become stained with dishwashing detergent that spatters when the dishwasher door is opened after washing. I haven't found anything that removes these stains.How do I remove dry Cascade stains from the front of my stove?We have a glass stovetop, and the only way to keep one of them clean is to use a glass cook top cleaner...the one we use is called Wieman Glass Cook top cleaner...you can find it (or one similar) in most grocery stores in the household cleaner aisle...I don't know why this wouldn't work on the glass door as well...hope this helps...How do I remove dry Cascade stains from the front of my stove?try Comet bathroom cleanser, I live in south georgia, and the lime deposits in the bathroom are a nightmare, bet ya this stuff will work ! I have found that rubbing alcohol and a plastic scrubby (for teflon pots %26amp; pans) works pretty good.
