you'll get tons of practice at singing during the class. so you won't be so nervous.

Before you go on you should picture yourself doing well (that's what my singing teacher always tells me to do =) You might be more confident in front of a bunch of people instead of just one person, that's how it is with me because you can't really see each individual persons face and everything (i know it sounds crazy it's probably just that way for me) practice a lot and try to find more opportunities to sing for people! Do you really think that the audience wants you to do bad? Have they already hidden away the rotten vegetables under their seats? No! The audience wants you to do good! They don't want you to completely mess up and like, die in front of the class. So just think that they're supporting you, and you wouldn't be in a select chorus if you couldn't sing. I've been in front of people a lot, and this works. Don't do the underwear thing, because the last thing I wanna see is people in their underwear. Unless they're hot, but that's beside the point! Captain HawksbillHow to be confident while singing in front of ppl?Just have fun with it:) Its all confidence and obvioulsy if you made it into that choir then you have a good voice. This is what i do before i preform a solo. I always sing it to someone that i trust and I know they will tell me the truth. If you can sing it for someone you know then you can sing for people you dont know. People wont judge you because they just think its great that you even got on the stage to preform, thats farther then most people will ever make it. You just have to make it your own and leave no regrets when you leave the stage, you want to feel proud not like you could have dont better:) thats what i do:) Good luck! Hope this helped:)
