Group five together... Fill three with tinsel loosely ...allow it to stick up from the top. Fill the other two half way with coffee beans then place candles on top of the coffee beans...... the coffee beans will make the room smell very good.
Then make a garland ring to put around the bottom and place the whole thing on a table as a centerpiece. Light the candles and watch the tinsel reflect the candle light.
Fill a large glass floor vase with pinecones. Insert some small pine tree limbs into the top of the vase to make an interesting display for the corner. You will need to insert a drinking glass in the bottom, (hidden by the pine cones) and fill with water for the limbs so they dont die and shed needles.
Use the left over garland to run along the top of door facings...the front edge of an entertainment center... on a mantle....
Use any red items you can find in your house. Even an old pickle jar with a red cloth shoved inside it will look festive. Get some glue and put it all over one wall. Then grab some garland and stick it in the glue. Next, put glue on the next wall and put tinsel all over that wall. Repeat this process until you are eather satisfide or you run out of things to glue to the wall.
