How do i stop my front passenger side brake from sticking?

I drive a 92 jeep wrangler, 6spd, 6cyl. Driving last night my front passenger side brake felt like it was completely stuck. Slight smell, couldnt get up enough speed to climb a hill in 3rd gear (About 25 mph). But than it just went away, this is not the first time it happened.
